About PathwAI
PathwAI exists because health and wellness operators deserve a better way to onboard patients. The status quo is a fragmented pile of form tools, engineering tickets, and manual CRM cleanup that takes months to launch and weeks to change. We think that's broken—and we're building the alternative.
The problem we're solving
Health and wellness brands—GLP-1 clinics, telehealth providers, aesthetics practices, mental health platforms— are increasingly going direct-to-consumer. They're spending real money on acquisition, and then sending patients through an intake process that was designed for a hospital waiting room, not a conversion funnel.
The intake flow is where qualified patients are lost. A long, confusing form. An abrupt switch to a third-party tool that looks nothing like the brand. Compliance as a feature, not an afterthought
HIPAA, consent, PHI handling—these are requirements in health intake, not optional add-ons. PathwAI is built with this in mind from the ground up, not bolted on later.
Operators should own iteration
Every change to a routing rule or a question should not require an engineering ticket. The people who understand the program should be able to improve the flow directly.
AI as acceleration, not replacement
AI generates a useful first draft. Your clinical and ops team reviews, refines, and owns the result. We're not trying to automate the judgment out of health workflows.
