Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

1. About This Addendum

PathwAI Labs LLC (“PathwAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers a Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) for customers whose use of the PathwAI platform involves the processing of personal data subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, or comparable privacy laws. The DPA sets out each party’s obligations as controller and processor, including subprocessors, international transfers, security measures, and assistance with data subject requests.

The DPA supplements and is incorporated into the written agreement between PathwAI and the customer governing the Services, such as a Master Subscription Agreement or order form, together with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Business Associate Agreement.

2. Availability

The DPA is provided to PathwAI customers as part of the Enterprise contracting process. We do not publish the full executed text on this website because customer agreements may include negotiated terms, and we maintain versioned templates for different jurisdictions and product configurations.

If you are evaluating PathwAI for a regulated program, completing a vendor review, or preparing to sign an agreement, we will provide the latest applicable DPA template—or a countersigned copy where one is already in place—on request.
