PathwAI's Plaid integration is listed as an upcoming provider in the ID Verification step and is not yet active. Identity checks in PathwAI flows run with Persona: the step opens a Persona inquiry over the flow, prefills it from earlier answers, confirms the result on the server and saves it on the submission. Plaid does not verify identity or link bank accounts in PathwAI flows yet.
What data moves
- No data moves between PathwAI and Plaid.
- With Persona, the step sends the template ID and prefill fields to Persona and saves the inquiry ID, status and verified fields on the submission.
Where it is configured
Plaid appears in the Provider menu of the ID Verification step, marked Coming soon. Persona, the active provider, is connected under Integrations → Persona.

- Test in Sandbox, then switch to Production before publishing.

Can I use Plaid in a PathwAI flow now?
No. Plaid is shown as coming soon in the ID Verification step. Persona is the provider that runs today.
Does PathwAI link bank accounts?
No. PathwAI flows do not connect to bank accounts. Payments run through Stripe or Authorize.Net in the Payment step.
What does the ID Verification step do with Persona?
It runs your Persona template over the flow, moves on only after a completed verification and saves the result on the submission.
