PathwAI's Zoho CRM integration runs through webhooks and the PathwAI submissions API, not a Zoho-specific connector. An Ending step webhook posts each completed submission as JSON to a URL you choose. A service at that URL, or a scheduled job reading the submissions API, can create or update Zoho CRM leads with the fields you map.
What data moves
- PathwAI to your endpoint: The JSON body holds the submission ID, flow ID and a timestamp, plus the answers keyed by each step's custom key. The cart and the user profile are added when you include them.
- Your service to Zoho CRM: the lead fields you choose to map.
- Nothing comes back from Zoho CRM into the flow.
Where it is configured
Webhooks are set on an Ending step, under Events → Exit. API keys for the submissions API are created under Settings → API Keys. Field mapping to Zoho CRM lives in the service you run.
Use cases
Leads from a qualification quiz
Attach the webhook to the qualified Ending only, so Zoho CRM receives leads that met your criteria.
Follow-up on people who did not qualify
A second Ending with its own webhook can send those leads to a different list or owner.
Batch updates
A scheduled job pulls completed submissions from GET /api/v1/submissions and writes them to Zoho CRM in one run.
How to set it up
- Set up the service that will write to Zoho CRM and note its HTTPS URL.
- On the Ending step, open Events → Exit, add a webhook with that URL, and add any authorization header it needs.
- Choose which answers to send, using selected fields or excluded fields.
- Publish, complete the flow once, and check the lead in Zoho CRM.
Good to know
- Ending webhooks run on PathwAI's server once, when a respondent reaches an Ending step and the submission completes. They are not retried, and the request times out after 10 seconds, so the receiving service should answer quickly.

Any answer in the flow, plus the cart and the user profile if you include them. You choose the fields in the webhook settings.
Can the webhook run for every respondent?
It runs for every respondent who reaches the Ending step it is attached to. Put it on the Endings whose leads you want in the CRM.
Is there a way to backfill older submissions?
Yes. The submissions API lists past submissions with filters and cursor pagination, so a script can send older ones to Zoho CRM.
